Pet entry requirements: Dog → Israel

These are the requirements for entering Israel with a dog, based on a departure from Germany/the EU. Requirements can change — always confirm with the relevant authority before you travel.

Yes – at least 30 days and no more than 1 year before arrival; minimum age 4 months

Yes – rabies antibody titer ≥0.5 IU/ml, blood ≥30 days after vaccination, WOAH lab; lifelong valid if vaccination kept continuous

Regulations 2004: import of dangerous breeds BANNED — Amstaff, Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Tosa, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Fila Brasileiro, Rottweiler (American Bully since 2019); exception only with special licence
